RTO equipment uses ceramic heat storage to recover and reuse the heat released during the oxidation process, thereby reducing fuel consumption. In the RTO system, organic waste gas first enters the heat storage chamber, where the heat storage body absorbs the heat of the waste gas and heats it up. The preheated waste gas then enters the combustion chamber and is oxidized and decomposed at high temperatures. The high-temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through the heat storage body again, releases heat, and is then cooled and discharged. After absorbing heat, the heat storage chamber will "release heat". At this time, clean air needs to be introduced for cleaning to ensure the efficient removal rate of VOCs. Then, the heat storage chamber will "store heat" again, preparing to absorb the exhaust gas of the next cycle. The RTO system operates continuously in this way, effectively treating and purifying organic waste gases.
