According to different remediation techniques, soil in-situ remediation devices can be divided into the following categories:
injection device
The injection device is used to deliver remediation agents (such as oxidants, reducing agents, microbial agents, etc.) to contaminated soil. Common injection methods include vertical injection, horizontal injection, and high-pressure jet injection. The injection device usually consists of a pump, pipeline, nozzle, etc., which can be flexibly adjusted according to the depth and range of pollution.
extraction plant
Extraction devices are mainly used to remove volatile organic compounds from soil or pollutants from groundwater. For example, the soil gas extraction device extracts volatile gases from the soil through a vacuum pump, and then processes them through activated carbon adsorption or catalytic oxidation; The groundwater extraction device extracts polluted groundwater through the wellbore and then purifies it.
Electrodynamic repair device
Electrodynamic remediation devices utilize electric fields to drive ion migration in soil. The device usually consists of electrodes, power supply, and control system. The electrodes are inserted into the soil to form an electric field, and pollutants migrate towards the electrodes under the action of the electric field and are removed.
Bioreactor device
Bioreactor devices are used to enhance microbial remediation processes. The device usually consists of a reaction tank, aeration system, nutrient solution delivery system, etc. By optimizing temperature, pH value, oxygen and other conditions, the degradation efficiency of microorganisms is improved.
